Perfect stay at the Ceiba hotel! The hotel was clean, modern with a moderately sized room and good sized bathroom. The room had Ac, TV, iron and a fridge. The hotel had a nice gym with a good selection of machines and weights in a modern building overlooking the pool which also had AC. The pool area was very nice and modern complimented by palms trees to give it a tropical, beach feel. The restaurant food and service was amazing, all the food was very high quality fresh and cooked to perfection. Also the service was very efficient. The hotel has underground parking which is easily accessible via the lifts. The staff at the hotel very helpful although English speakers may struggle if you don’t have a second language. The staff mostly Portuguese or French but having Spanish or Italian will be sufficient to get by.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is very good, many choices. But the staff in the hotel are really wonderful, very helpful and always with smiling faces. Specially a lady called Binta explained all questions when answering. Nothing too difficult for her.

The location and premises found to meet my expectations. Friendly staff are happy to assist you when needed. However, one minor thing that very few people do speak English. I would expect as international hotel more people would be speaking English.
